FX knob is freaking out in the software

    Hey Everyone,
    Has anyone ever had this sweet problem? When i turn my right fx knob all the open it causes my software to go haywire. i'll post a video as it is hard to explain. I just bought the mixer brand new last week and i have opened a tech support ticket and am trying everything they say with no luck? Should i send it back?

    go to control panel and rest all your knobs and fakers or just reinstall the drivers something is wrong on that end I don't think its the mixer

    I have tried all that a bunch of times. I am working with NI on a fix but I'm having no luck. I don't see a specific driver for the hardware anywhere. Maybe you can help me with steps on that? I have a 2011 MacBook Pro running Mavericks? Thanks for the reply!
