Ghost MIDI signals / glitchy FX knobs?

    Hello,

    I'm Peter, my gf and I bought this mothership of a controller, the S8 to take our game to the next level,
    and we love everything about it but we are saddened to see that it's almost constantly glitching out:

    As you can see, it's pretty annoying when I need to see the whole waveform, not only the bottom 2/3.

    Traktor 3 Pro is picking up a lot of ghost MIDI signals (I'm not touching the controller yet it's sending signals as if a fader/pad/or knob had been actuated.

    Should I just return it? :(
