Glitchy knob sending data without being moved on S61 mkII.

    Hi folks,

    Anyone else had this issue? Appears to have suddenly started doing it. Have tried swapping ports. Tried giving it a good tweak but HAVEN'T put anything in it. Happens in all modes and with all software. Can't find a way of disabling it so it makes the unit unusable. Guess I'm in for a long wait to get it fixed if it's a hardware issue. Any thoughts on this, please?

    Still nothing back from support on this after over a month. Pretty irritated, given the money spent on the keyboard and the fact I might not be able to return it. Would have been ideal had it worked properly. Anyone from NI out there? Please reply.

    Hey Jack,
    I had a similar problem with the 6th encoder.I exercised it a lot over a few days and it seems to have settled down.
    Give it a try, best I can tell you.
