Glitchy/stutter playback in Traktor pro external mixing

    wondering if anyone here can help. sometimes when i hit the filter/fx loop button on my allen & heath xone 22, there's a split second stutter on playback. it sounds almost like static infused with a pause (all happening very quickly). its not super noticeable in mixes but its enough to bug me since i know its coming. you guys think its a latency problem or interference problem? it happens sometimes when im using the lo/hi pass fliter on the mixer in combination with traktor fx on my midi controller.

    here's my setup:
    2.2ghz core 2 duo MBP (non unibody)
    traktor pro 2 (external mixing)
    allen & heath xone:22
    akai apc40 (mostly used for deck & fx controls)
    audio 2 dj

    Try and increase your latency and see if it stops..!
