Global reset event problem

    I am trying to program a flip flop connected to a button (trigger, on=1 off=0) to ignore global reset events.

    I have made the following (attached) structure to filter out global resets, however, when the flip flop output is 0, and a global reset occurs, the next button press is ignored (so you have to press the button twice).


    I have been working on this for far too long and wondered if any of you guys know what is up?

    Edit: The core cell input for the button is set to event mode, not audio.
