    Hi all,

Sorry for this basic question. As title says, I am now the proud owner of a boxed Kore 2 Hardware Only controller... what can I do with it?. Have I got just a door stopper or it is useful as a generic MIDI controller?

Thanks for your help and Happy New Year!

    Jose

It can be a generic MIDI controller, too, but that's not what it was meant to do. Get the Kore 2 software, as well!

I guess it won't be easy to get that software :(

    Any hint?

    Thanks!

    Hello,
I know this is an old thread but same as OP, is there a way to use KORE 2 as a MIDI controller only (in Mac Catalina) to use e.g. for transport in a DAW? When I plug the USB cable in it fades the buttons red for a second then goes to a dead sleep. I tried to install the latest driver but gives me an error (probably because it is version 2.6.0 supported up to a 10.9 Mac os...any workaround? Thanks
