GPO KP2 question

I've just installed KP2 v 2.2.1010 and I want to know how to configure the new and old GPO libraries. It seems KP2 came with some sounds...should I merge them in one folder? Are these new sounds or replacements or redundancies?

I kept mine seperate for sake of simplicity. This way the GPO documentation (patch lists) stay true to the install.
