GR 3 on multiple PC's

Hello,

i'd like to buy GR3 Kontroll Edition. I wanna know if i can use it on a laptop for live gigs and at home for practise. And I'd like to use it in our bandroom at the recordin pc.

Can i do that? Or can i use the software only at one pc? That would suck...

How does this work? When i uninstall it on one PC, can i install it on another pc? Is there i License center?

 

I wanted to install on 2 different hard drives. One running vista 64 bit and one running 32bit. I called The native Activation support hot-line and asked the tech if this was possible. he told me "I dunno. Why don't you just try it and see what happens?"

I was so pissed at his response I almost returned my product. However I installed and activated on both OS with no problem mind you it was technically 2 installs on the same computer.

I would Call the Sales support and tell them you want to purchase but only if you are sure that you can have it installed on more than one computer at a time. If they tell you yes then they are going to have to honour that. If the activation center won't let you activate on your other hardware demand a second licence key for free. But first see if you can get Sales support to tell you it's ok to do multiple installs.

Hi,

our license agreement allows to install and activate the software on two computers, but only use one installation at any given time. You do not need to deactivate a license when you uninstall it on one computer.

@ Merritt, could you tell me if you called our support in LA or Berlin, and was it our technical support, registration support or order support team giving you this reply?
