GR 4 Pro - Not activated

    Hey guys,

    I tried to activate my Guitar Rig 4 Pro product with service center but it says my serial has not been activated yet.

    And well, this kinda sucks since I'm in a hurry to configure the presets I need REAL soon.

    I replied to the first email about a ticket (first because I thought I was typing in the serial wrong and by the time I noticed what was happening there were 8 ticket emails...).

    So if any NI employee wants to speed up the process for me, here is the ticket number I replied to with the things you need:

    Im having the same issue as above.... NI strikes again...

    @ Xuesheng the reason u got so many is becasue everytime u tried to activate and it failed NI automatically sends a notice

    =0)

    UPDATE... called NI and the sorted it straight away... Nice one NI!

    Yeah I called NI support yesterday and the funny thing was, he checked my serial and said it was already activated so everything should work just fine.

    I tried again yesterday evening and it worked. So glad thats done... Now on to other problems ;) Which I will post in another thread!

    I just received my Guitar Rig 4 in the mail and tried to install and activate and got the same error as you. I opened a support ticket but who knows how long it will take. Why can't this stuff just work?

    Not activated - The serial number you have tried to activate is not licensed yet. (1021)

    Well, I guess I'll just close this up and go to bed and work it out in later.

    Hey guys,

    I'd suggest calling support instead of waiting for your ticket to be answered. I received my reply yesterday, 5 days later. Luckily I had already called them and everything was sorted out quickly.

    we had a few of these cases due to a major change in our production environment. If this is not yet fixed for you, please provide me with the ticket number. This kind of error should always produce an automatic email sent to you which you should reply to directly, so please check first if you have received such an email (might be moved to your spam folder).

    We are sorry for the inconveniences if you have been affected by this issue!

    They fixed mine today. I will reinstall tonight:

    "One of the serial numbers you have used for your recent product activation
    caused a problem at our registration server due to a production error on our
    side. This problem has now be fixed by attaching the appropriate license to
    this serial number. Please repeat the product activation, it should work fine
    now. We would like to apologize for this problem and are very sorry for the
    inconveniences you encountered."

    Marius, I'd appreciate if mine could be sorted. I sent in the ticket Monday morning GMT...and a reminder yesterday/today. I've been checking my spam folder, it's not there. Ticket#2009100510002926
