GR setting that fills entire screen and cant exit.

I did not know how to title this, but while trying to familiarize myself with GR5 I hit some button that expanded my main GR page and consumed the whole computer screen. No big deal, right? except I cant get out of it. The only way I can exit screen is to hit control, alt, delete and taks manager to exit. Huge pain. I feel a little silly to bring up such a silly, weird subject, but I can not seem to find anyway to convert it back. Now every time I load GR it defaults to the setting of taking up my whole screen. Any suggestion? Thanks.

 

I guess you're on WIndows, so either hit the 'ESC(ape)' or 'F4' key to get out of fullscreen view.
