GR3 and Service Center upgrade button

    Hello I have GR3 as part of Komplete 5 that I purchased recently. After successful installation, activation and updating every instrument the Service Center still shows a button under OVERVIEW that GR3 needs to be to upgraded . When I click it asks me to enter serial number for GR3. I enter the number and the upgrade button is still there. Is this a Service Center bug or I do need to upgrade my GR3 but to what version?

    So far it works as effect but I cannot trigger any sounds from it. Oh and I've never used GR before so I don't really know if it's suppose to be an effect unit or I can trigger original sounds too. Thanks!

    The button's there for XE/LE users; it's part of the installer. Ignore it.

    And yes, GR's an effect. Run audio through it.

    You'd think the installer would detect that you have the full version and not show the button--or at least recognize that fact once you click on it. I had to close the SC and reopen to get out of that window. Oh well, that's why this forum is here! Thanks, Eric.
