    I'm using GR4.0.8 in Cubase 5.1.1 x64 on Windows 7 x64.

When using GR4 as a plugin it keeps locking up, works for a few minutes then locks up.
Cubase works fine, I can hear GR working and I can shut GR on and off, just the interface locks up and I can't adjust anything. I have to re-start Cubase, and then I can adjust it before it locks up again. Battery 3 does the same thing, no other plugs do. A little bit frustrating. :S

Anyone experience this? Thanx in advance for any help...

Contact support- that shouldn't be happening.

Can you please let us know what support says about this? I am not even able to get GR4 to come up as a plugin in Cubase 5. When I try to insert it on a guitar track, Cubase locks up. I have to abort the whole session and restart Cubase. At this point I can't even use Guitar Rig in Cubase.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

    Why not ask them yourself?

I fixed the prob myself and canceled the support...

The problem was Cubase was using the 32 bit dll instead of the 64bit (in the 64bit plugin folder), just had to re-route it in Cubase.

Apparently Cubase loads the 32bit version by default, check your 'plug-in information' under 'devises'.
