    hey,

I've checked this on both windows and osx. If i load samples into the grain cloud module, and drag the samples to new keys in the in the Key Mapping view in the map editor, reaktor crashes (standalone or vst)

For me i can reproduce this at will, though can anyone else confirm?

hmm, ok, thanks - 1 thing too, make sure the grain cloud module is hooked up to the instrument outputs. If the modules not active, it won't happen.

Ok, connected the Grain Cloud & loaded a sample map so it's generating audio.

Open the editor, move samples around - no crash.

It's still doing that for me too. I turn off the audio, drag things around in the map, then turn it on again. Bit of a pain.

I and someone who uses my granular ensembles recently submitted bug reports about this.

In case anyone's wondering, 5.6.2 doesn't magically fix it. :-<

Three weeks ago NI support asked me for the exact steps to reproduce the crash. I told them

Still haven't heard back. At least they didn't tell me to reinstall my OS. :-/

    Graincloud Crash confirmed !

Yeah, I could reproduce the issue here. (with Reaktor 5.6.2 VST plugin)
Tested Travelizer.ens in these 3 DAW hosts:
    Cubase Studio 5.5.3 (x64)
    Reaper 4.15pre2 (x64)
    Ableton Live 8.2.7 (x32,obviously)

In Cubase and Reaper, I managed to crash them in less than 1 minute when changing the key mapping of the samples while playing notes.
In Ableton it took somehow longer and it didn't immediately crash when changing samples' key mapping. But then I switched the Reaktor instance off and on with the little power button on the top right corner of its GUI. And then it did crash Ableton Live, too.

    Windows 7 64 here on a PC (Sandybridge Quadcore i7 2600 @4x3,4Ghz).

Dear developers, please correct that soon as it must be a NI issue.
