Not that I am aware of. Only thing I can suggest is scaling to 125% or more if you are on windows 10. That will make the whole app bigger.

Yes, you can change anything really...

In this case, the font-size property is shared with the tag size (probably other stuff too), KK see's both as "buttons" so you can edit the Buttons.txt located in:
    /Contents/Resources/skin/stylesheets/Komplete/Global/Buttons.txt

Original font size is 11, something like 13 should be more comfortable and not cause many issues:

If you increase it too much it will probably mess up the GUI.

Because it also changes the tag font size you will have issues like this, where the S of Types is cut off, this can be fixed by editing the sizes of the margins but it would take some effort to find them and due to this thread not being exactly popular it's not worth my trouble.

    THANK YOU!!
I really like using Komplete kontrol as a browser but the small font always bothered me. Everything is good now, thanks again!

Nice. And where might one find this file in Windows 10?

    ;) No problem.
Locations should be fairly similar inside Resource Hacker, doesn't it have a search function? just search for "Buttons.txt"

So, this thread is older than a year and we still have to "hack" the sources to make the window resizable?
This is hilarious, i got so much pixels for editing, but i have to select a preset in a 4 row search result...

Can you tell me if this feature is on any todo list for a future release?

Changed my browser height and its sooooo much better - thank you. Is there a way to expand te width of the browser panel? I have banks and the names are shortened to fit the small width of space, would be cool to get it wide enough. Screenshot 2021-02-03 at 20.17.42.png

    No problem, glad to help.

Well... that will be tricky but it's all in:
    /Contents/Resources/skin/stylesheets/Komplete/KK/BrowserPanel.txt

In line 10 change "$browserMainWith;" to whatever pixel value you want.
However, increasing the width does nothing for the title above them... It will also displace some small browser elements that I am too lazy right now to be looking for.

The best way I could find was to change the width values under the Product Icon section, this works but you will get a background shadow border and obviously, the Icon/Thumbnails won't be as wide. More info and pic in the Spoiler:

It now displays bigger names but looks funny...

To fix the above you can center the picture by adding a margin to it, it will look better but still somewhat odd... Again info on the spoiler:
I just roughly centered it, it's not perfect and requires tweaking.

To summarise the names and text on the files are pretty self-explanatory, you just have to edit them and mess around. From the above spoiler if put big values say around 30 in the fixed-left/fixed-righ fields in lines 636 and 637 the background shadow box will disappear, but still looks somewhat odd.

D-One thank you for sharing this tutorial. I have tried it and it works, but within Logic the KK plugin is still of the same size. Do you know if it is possible to resize it also there? Thanks :)

just wanted to make sure you realized that you have to edit the plugin .dll file just like you did the standalone!

Komplete Kontrol.exe resizes the standalone app.

while Komplete Kontrol.dll resizes the DAW plugin.

I'm glad you pointed this out, on a Mac you have to edit both the VST and the AU version, in addition to the main app itself.
I'm constantly forgetting to do this.

Thank you very much it worked, the default interface is unusable!
In macOS I had to modify the files in this path `
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Komplete Kontrol.component/Contents/Resources/skin/stylesheets/Komplete/KK`. Since I am using Logic this was enough (Logic doesn't accept VST plugins).

Anyone know if it is possible to replace the font with one that isn't a bitmap? - the current one looks terrible in 4K

Using .OTF fonts instead of .TTF? You can do this but the font will still be blurry, at least from my experiments on MacOS.
I'm not sure if due to the internal rendering system or if I might need to change something else, in case your want to try, here:

    Font folder is: /Contents/Resources/skin/fonts
prg65_j.ttf is used for browser, preset list, and a bunch of stuff, either delete it, add your own (OTF) font, and change its name to prg65_j.OTF or just add your new font to the folder.

If you replaced prg65_j.ttf then you need to change the "ttf" to "otf" in the following txt files / lines:
(You probably don't need the 2nd one since it's for Maschine Studio)

If you just added a font instead of replacing then add the name in those .txt files.

Even if still blurry, some fonts at a higher size provide a huge improvement in readability, here's an example using a random font sized "20":
    (BebasNeue https://www.dafont.com/pt/theme.php?cat=501)

Probably exaggerated on the size there but you get the point.

Is it possible to do this with Battery 4?

Battery uses the same methods for it's UI, so it should be, it's a simpler too with a lot less txt files.
What would you like to change exactly?

I’d like to make the window bigger and make the font bigger in the browser because it’s a little small on my screen and sometimes causes eye strain for me because the text is too small

Don't think you can increase the GUI size, only the window size which means the border of the window can be modified but you cannot scale an increase of the whole GUI as that is a completely different thing to do. You would have to either do scaling if the DAW you use has the option or via the OS.
