Guitar Link/Guitar Combos

Ok a couple months ago I wasted my money on this Behringer Guitar Link with my option of one out of three guitar combos. My trial period has expired only becuase when I enter in the serial code nothing happens. I can't click ok or hit the enter key, so I can't even use the program. Once you enter the serial number from the E-mail to get the chosen guitar combo how do I enter the serial number?

Sorry, but it easier to contact Napoleon Bonaparte's ghost than get an answer from Behringer. I've tried several times using contact forms and adresses taken from their site or from the owner's manual.

But Uli Behringer, Chairman, has forgotten to add "we treat our customers as an ass...les"
