Guitar Rig 2 - Where are the presets now?

I have had GR2 for about 6 months. Never had any issues. Recently I went to select a preset....like in Reverb I would pick a Hall or Room type verb....and there were no presets.....where did they go?

I though well maybe its because I did some moving around of things on my MAC. But I just installed GR2 from scratch on my new MAC today. I got the same thing.

No presets in the drop downs on any of the AMPS,VERBS,DELAYS.....Nothing!

Is this a known issue? Any ideas to fix?

 

So, you've just lost the component presets, and not the user ones?

 

all my built-in presets are gone

I reinstalled GR3. They're still gone.

I mean the patches, not the presets for the individual components (but, of course, I didn't look for those since there were no patches).

 

They are now in your documents folder/native instruments/guitar rig 3/ soundbanks

 

Thanks, I found them there and re-imported them. However, if I quit GR3 and start it up again, they're gone again.

I've tried trashing the prefs file.

GR3, Kore 2, Mac OS 10.5.1

 

Did you try rebooting after you imported them?

It's OK now. I trashed the prefs again and restarted GR3.
