    Hi,

Another newbie here so (it goes without saying) apologies if I'm being really dumb...

I've got Guitar 3 and the Kontrol working fine as a standalone setup. Plug the guitar in to one of the inputs, fire up the program, let loose - and all seems to work. It's a bit soft but I'm sure I can find out why and fix that later.

However, I can't get it to work in Logic Pro 8. I can load up Guitar 3 as an insert OK on a Track, but although there's an input signal on the Kontrol, there's none in Guitar 3 - and nor is there any output.

My setup is USB and I'm using the Aggegator function with Audio/Midi.

One other thing I've noticed - if I make any routing changes within Guitar 3, I have to shut down the program and restart it before those changes are recognised. The sound disappears until I do. Is this normal ? (seems unlikely)

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated - Thanks

Have you chosen the right input within Logics sound preferences? Is the track you've inserted GR on in Logic routed the correct input on that track?

What are the aggregate settings you're using and why are you using them?

Thanks Marc - all I needed was the right question!

No, I hadn't chosen the right input - in fact the Kontrol unit hadn't been activated within the aggregate settings. Once I'd done that there was no problem at all. It also sounds louder!

    So simple (sigh). Thanks again!
