guitar rig 4.2 download hangs in service centre

    hi there, the downloand of 4.2 seems to complete by the numbers but then just hangs and never goes to the open directory screen. is there another way i can get the update or is there some advice you can give about the hanging?

    If it shows that download is complete then you can go to download directory manually and try installing it. You also can download update through browser at NI site: Support-> Updates

    This has happened to me - the only option is to download from update area. It is beyond me that such a important software - for NI ! - does not function correctly.
