    Can you upgrade Guitar Rig $ Essential to Pro or have you got to buy the whole software outright again ?

    Do you think it's worth the upgrade ? some folk say it's worth it for the control room, makes the amps sound better ?

    it's really much better. more amps and cabinets. i don't care about the effects section. control room is really really good, i've been using is quite recently, and it does wonders to the tone sometimes..!
