Guitar Rig 6 crashing Pro Tools

    If i use a preset everything works fine. however if i open a blank instance of GR6 and click components and then Amplifiers, I get a "access code violation "0x0000000000000000" and pro tools automatically restarts. Is this just a me issue? anyone else having this problem?

    I have use Windows 10
    Iintel I7-8700
    !6 Gig ram

    Running Pro TOols 12.7.1

    Way~D , can you post here if your crash problem was resolved? Did you read the thread "Annoucing: Guitar Rig 6 PRO" which some users report problems and bugs with GR6?

    No, to be honest, I use Pro Tools to record real amps. I use Logic to compose and to test plugins like GR5/6 or Kontakt. In addition, some friends are still reporting bugs with GR6, I doubt about the reliability of this 6 version in Pro Tools.

    The update they did helped with my problem. Where now if you hit components it lays everything out and I can click in drag. But if I open a new GR6 in PT and then hit components and then hit a filter (I. E dynamics) it will crash. But if I open a new GR6 in PT then hit save when it's blank, exit PT, reopen PT it will work fine. So.. My those are my 2 options... But I use PT 12.7.11 so it could be a PT issue. But I just don't use the filters anymore on a new GR6 session in PT.... Hopefully that made sense
