Hi everyone. I need a little bit of help if. I bought the new Guitar Rig 6 Pro today and have not been able to use it because in the preferences menu my audio interface is not being detected. I am using an Apogee Jam and it works fine with Garageband and Studio One but Guitar Rig 6 Pro just isn't seeing my Apogee Jam. I have read support docs but nothing works so I am trying here at the forum. Thank you for any suggestions. I can't wait to get to use this thing!!!

    Hi paddy50,
your post would be better placed here:
    https://www.native-instruments.com/forum/forums/guitar-rig.75/

The word "Garageband" lets me believe you'r using a Mac/Apple computer?

Wait, let me guess some more details! :D
    Is it Fleetwood Mac?

I don't know the Apogee Interface, but lets see what we can find.

I use PC, but found something like that:
Guitar Rig 5 doesn't recognize my device (Apogee Jam) [en-us]
    https://support.native-instruments....doesn-t-recognize-my-device-Apogee-Jam-en-us-

    ...could be the Solution.

    Regards,
    Tino

Hi Tino, thank you so very much! This was the solution and it now works! I am so very thankful that you took the time to help me. I spent a couple of hours trying to find a solution yesterday and I just couldn't figure it out but the link you posted had it up and running in a couple of minutes. Thank you again!
