guitar rig cpu overload

    Hi,
    i'm recording with this gear:
    NI audio kontrol 1
    Cubase le 5 (NI version)

    PC: Vaio VGN-NW21ef
    Ram 4Gb
    Pentium Dual Core CPU T4300 @2,10Ghz 2,10 Ghz
    windows 7 64 bit

    I have a Cubase track with 4 tracks (2 guitars clean, dist; Bass, Voice) and I use guitar rig for the effects of the lines. Cpu usage (not in high usage ) is about 40, 50% but i have lots of half sec overload (''Tick'' ) and a continued ''buzz'' sometimes when i play the track.

    Setting pc wireless off the situation is better but not at all.

    What to do?
