    Hey.

I recently got this home theatre system set up to my computer , and I'm trying to get Guitar rig to work with it aswell. The problem is . There's like a half second latency when I play through the home theatre system. It did not happen with my regular speakers. I have set my interface settings to minimal latency. So that cant be the problem. Maybe there's to much things between my guitar and the speakers?

    How its all set up

Guitar -> NI guitar rig mobile interface soundcard -> computer -> home theatre system line inputs -> speakers

I really want this to work without going back to my old shitty speakers :(

Perhaps the home theater system has some signal processing app running (for changing sound characteristics etc), maybe that's adding to the problem, can you turn it off?

Do you have / use an ASIO driver for your system?
Can you use ASIO4ALL with it?

Im running ASIO with Guitar rig mobile l/O on my computer.

It has to be something with the home theather system , my old speakers worked fine , but they went straight to the computer. This time around they go into the theather system , then to my computer.

How do I turn off signal processing apps?

So the home theater system is a totally external setup with it's own hardware etc (I thought it was some 5.1 computer soundcard thing)?

Are you connecting the Guitar Rig Mobile output jack to your theatre system right?

About processing in your theatre system, that is probably something to check with the manufacturer/manual for that system.
Try to set it to do 2 speaker stereo only maybe?
