gutted - new maschine but no free expansion packs

    I got my e-voucher finally, but when i tried to redeem it for transistor punch it said it can not be redeemed right now because there are no qualifying products. anyone else get this? or know what's up?

    I have to say it - moan moan moan.

    I have been away from the forum for a while as it's always the same **** on here nowadays, when did it go from being a productive place to a bitch fest and how the hell do we get it to go back....

    1: a unit costs what it costs. **** goes down in price all the time.

    2: if you buy something and an offer comes out later that's the way it is, products would never be sold if we all waited around for the best possible offer that may or may not happen. Think about those of us that got Maschine when it first came out in its infancy at version 1.0 with a lot more issues and less features than what are complained about on here most of the time, and it cost more than you are currently paying. Sheesh, just get on with bloody using it and learning it and making music which i believe it was bought for in the 1st place.

    3: If you are due a voucher i am pretty sure NI are capable of figuring that out based on the date from the receipt or date of purchase from NI or other online retailers. Usually a forum will not give you the answer - in fact, any query relating to purchases is only EVER answered by NI.

    ummm there seems to be a **** ton of people experiencing these issues. I got my voucher, and the damn thing won't work anyway. I can understand peoples frustration. I am extremely pleased with my new native instrument purchases, maschine, komplete 8 ultimate and komplete audio 6, but terrified should I ever need to send something in for repairs. customer service must be like one dude who works an afternoon every week:)

    that said, I am a musician, what the hell do I know about sales, customer service etc? :) sure would like to try out the software my e-voucher is supposed to work for though... anyone else experience the voucher can not be redeemed right now because there are no qualifying products thing?
