    Hi everyone-

Just got tractor scratch pro. Installed on computer and install went fine. However, if I switch USB ports with the audio10 hardware interface, it isn't recognized. It seems to only be recognized on the original USB port that was used during installation. If I ceck device manager it lists the interfac with a yellow exc. mark next to it. But the box isnt recognized as plugged in. also the usb light on the box just flashes.

Weird thing is when i plug the box in and unplug it, i get the noise that shows the computer recognizes the box being plugged in and unplugged.

Any ideas how to fix this? Oh, all ports are USB 3.0 ports.

I'm guessing you are on Pc, you can unpack the zip and manually install the driver through device manager

    Thank you for your reply.

Yes, its a PC. If i right click the exc. mark on the device when plugged into a USB port where it isnt recognized, i click on "update driver" and i get a response saying "Windows has determined that you are using the most current version of this driver."

Is there an installation program or sequence for *just* the drivers?

Is this on the disk that comes with the system?

Interesting. NI hardware is not a big fan of USB 3.0, it normally prefers USB 2.0. Are any of your ports shared with internal hardware such a web cam, bluetooth and the like. You need to make sure you use a dedicated port. NI hardware is not a fan of sharing either.
