Has anyone been able to download the free KORE SOUNDPACK?

    I tried to do so right after installing the KORE 2 software update on Saturday, but after putting the Reaktor 5 pack in the shop basket, entering the coupon code, etc. I just got a completely empty page in my browser (Firefox 2.0.0.9). There was not even any html source in it.
    Everything seemed to be fine up to that point, the coupon code subtracted 49,-€ resulting in a 0,-€ total.

    Visiting the shop page again, the item was still in my basket, but as I suspected, the Code has been invalidated during the first order attempt and was no longer usable.

    So the code has been gone, but I could not download a soundpack.

    I contacted the shop support via the appropriate form and am now waiting for a reponse. I am just wondering if anyone else had this problem or if the download worked for other people.

    No problem here, entered the coupon code and imediately received the download link. I use IE 7 though.
    Hope support gets it sorted out for you quickly.

    I got a download link from NI sales support today

    Seems that they had a problem with the shop, when I tried to download my Soundpack Saturday.
    NI sales support sent me a working download link today, so I finally got my KORE SOUNDPACK now.

    Well, more precisely I also got just a pdf with an invoice about 0,-€ but as soon as I replied to them, that this won't get me any further with the download, they also sent me the link and they also registered the sound pack already
