Have any users recieved their grace period K3 update yet?

    I just got an email from NI which specified a delay in shipments, but that my copy will be shipped this Friday.

    It was nice to have an update from them ... bravo!

    They sent out an email to me three weeks ago that there would be a delay in shipments but that it would ship that week.

    Still no word yet though. And I've sent them two messages. Still no reply.

    Yes, I received my approval notice a few weeks ago and the shipping notice yesterday.

    Also, looks like it is coming directly from Germany. There is mention of Customs information on the Invoice that was attached to the email.

    receiving vs. using

    I was happy and excited to receive my K3 a few days ago. However, the activation process didn't go so smooth and I still haven't been able to test-drive my new product. Some problems with the Service Center.
    No reply from the NI customer support yet.
    But I guess, that's a different thread ;)

    Well I just received my shipping confirmation. It states will be here with in the next 10 days. Its coming bulk mail. Its hard to tell if its coming from California or Germany. Oh well I wait and see.

    Yeah, I just got the same email, right after I got a response(finally) from the ticket system saying they had no idea when my item would ship.

    I don't know what "bulk" mail is, but I'm assuming it's media mail since that takes up to ten days and it's the cheapest. So much for the whole two weeks I would receive the upgrade within, eh?

    Received my package today...actually did come from CA not Germany. Gonna try installing soon, hope it is not the disaster that others have said it is.

    Well the Saga continues...Installed the Kontakt 3 update...went to authorize, the service center states that activation was successful, but it indicates that Kontakt 3 is not activated ? Tried several times and it keeps telling me my serial number is incorrect. Should have known there would be problems. Emailed tech support, guess I will just have to wait and see!

    Yes, I had exactly the same situation. Yesterday I received reply from the Customer Support and later, in the evening when I got home, everything was cool. K3 runs now perfectly. Love it :)

    Got my confirmation saying that it shipped on Friday by bulk mail... Now its a waiting game.

    Glad to here you got a resolution to the problem...feeling a little more confident now. I did use it in demo mode for a while and I liked what I saw (and heard).

    I got my update today. It shipped on Friday, and said it would be around ten days. But it only took two(not counting Sunday, of course). So it was a nice surprise in the mail!

    Now I just have to find the time to install it tonight. At least I got all my disks and no duplicates as some people reported. I do wish there was a manual though.

    And my registration card doesn't fit in my K3 box. Just a little nit-picky on my end, but still.

    Can't wait to try it though. And the first update is out today as well, so it's perfect timing!

    Well it shipped from California(Hollywood), so if it's gotten to me, I can't imagine that it wouldn't be there tomorrow. I'm all the way over in Tennessee. So I'm surprised that I got it and you didn't yet.
