Have not received password reset E-mail

    Hello, I Have waited for several weeks for a E-mail to reset my NI account password. I have recently purchased Komplete Ultimate 11 and wish to add it to my account that has Komplete Select 11 already. I have both boxes with the licenses and am wondering how I can get some help regaining access to my NI account.

    No Sir, that directs me back to the same password request page. I enter my E-Mail that I know is associated with this account because I have the original account creation E-Mail but I never receive any E-Mail. Is there a way to have it reset manually? I have all documentation for both Komplete 11 Ultimate and Select.

    The link provides you a direct contact with our registration team which will then manually reset your password. Unfortunately, we are not able to reset the password upon request for security reasons.
