Have sound or preset files that are Zero Bytes in size? Is this an error?

I have a few Maschine expansions, and I was just trying to cross reference the actual sound/preset files in the hard disk directory to what's available within the Maschine GUI library, and I noticed that there are some that can't be found within Maschine (I have properly scanned the library previously). For example, in the attachment, I have a screenshot of a massive file highlighted that doesn't show up as an available instrument or sound within Maschine, but yet it exists within my hard disk directory. This is the Halcyon Sky expansion. I also notice that it's zero bytes in size, which probably explains why it won't load. There are many other files that are zero bytes in size. Is this normal, if so, where how or where are such sounds loaded/found within Maschine?
