Solved Haven't received my Komplete ultimate for 5 days now

    Good afternoon ,

    I upgraded my Komplete basic to ultimate ( DL Version) via the discount promo 5 days ago ( 13-12-2021) and although the order seems to be completed and the money got charged on my credit card, i haven't received ANY confirmation email and also on my products no serial has appeared .

    I have already created 3 tickets and i am waiting for 5 days now . Please some mod forward my request to the support team my patience is running out.
