took some screen shots below, for some reason deck A is playing up and i can't figure out why?

deck a up and you can see the lower bars on the main and recording part are way below what they should be

    both bars ok

you can see every other tune is missing audio!

can anyone tell me whats going on?

    thanks!

what equipment do you use? probably a dodgy cable...
or you accidentally turned the pan knob.

first thing i checked was whether i had left an effect on or something... nothing was on...

i tried it with my controller - a reloop DJ interface 2 - and without just using mouse and keyboard and the same thing happened using my internal soundcard.

Laptop is an almost brand new HP 3ghz 4gb ram...

its been suggested that it might be a driver problem - could this be right? thing is its only been happening recently... i might try to uninstall and reinstall again..

Probably not a driver problem. I assume the audio recorder is recording an external source? Try switching the cable that is playing the output of Deck A and see if it makes a difference.

Hi, my left deck only plays on the one channel...am I missing something? Not seeing a pan control on there, no fx on so not sure why. Right deck plays fine.

problem has returned, after changing some settings in the options - just small ones like deck loading, its back!

Check your controller and keyboard mappings and make sure:

    a) they are set to each controller and not 'all ports'
    b) none of them contain any pan commands

its so fustrating, changing one option seems to affect another part of the set up and so on... just won't be set up right at all...
