Headphone cue stopped working

So here's the situation. I currently have a Novation Twitch with their standard mapping for Traktor. Initially everything worked perfectly, but randomly my headphone CUE just stopped working. I have read over anything I could and tested every setting possible. Here's what I know so far.
Tried the Twitch with Serato, and the head phone cue works. So I know its not a hardware issue.
The buttons work fine and turn on the headphone cue.
Master sound still works in headphones, but when I switch to CUE; nothing.

From what I gathered on other forums, its seems like in order for the headphones to work, I need to select the correct channels in the "Output Moniter" section. However I only have two options, just 1 & 2 and it seems like I am missing more audio channels. Is there a way to add more? what am I missing here? If I try to set a channel in the "Output Moniter" section, it goes away from the "Master Output" I attached an image of what it looks like. Please please please help! I have done as much research as I can before I decided to post this.

 

Look in the Audio Setup tab, what device do you have selected?

go at the preferences->mixer and there check the ''crossfader''
then check there under your decks...at the right side of the crossfader the parameters of the headphones, i guess something changed there.
If you cant fix it post a print screen of these parameters.

 

Here's what it looks like. CUE still not working. :/ I just tried this out on my girlfriends computer, and it works fine on hers. I was able to select channels 3 & 4 for the "Moniter Output" and it works perfectly.

 

GOT IT FIGURED OUT! OMG!!!! I had to open the Twitch sound card settings out of my windows settings and turn it from a 2 channel to 4 channel. Used this thread to figure it out. http://www.native-instruments.com/e...-instruments-sound-card-as-system-output-mac/
