I just did a gig last wednesday night and i noticed that my headphone output was ridiculously low! I tried different headphones - same thing. I am using the iPad with iOS 7 with z1 mixer. Headphpones plugged into z1 of course.
I have the output all the way up in the settings on the mixer.

    what do I do???

    thanks

Did you turn up the headphone volume in the software? What headphones are you using?

I actually found the headphone button on the LE software and now have greater output. Since I will not be spinning from my iMac, i will be using my iPad. How do I increase it on here via software???

    thanks

Have you adjusted the monitor output on Traktor DJ?
I have no issues with headphone output with the Z1 with TPRO or TDJ and my hearing has been hammered with nearly 20 years of DJing in clubs and bars.
Maybe your Z1 is defective in which case please report it to technical support.

Well I figured out the problems... When I used my sons Beats headphones to test the unit, it almost blew my eardrums! My Sony headphones must be on their last leg! It was not the Mixers fault after all so done!
