    This is my first post here, so - first of all - I would like to say hello :)
    Happy to be here.
    From the very beginning, I have question: how to contact with NI Support? Seems to be funny, because each time I try to choose option "contact support" or similar I am being redirected to main site or somewhere else... No online form, no other possibility to write (FB option is dead silent also).
    I bought S49 from music shop (as a new item) but serial number does not work - it seems to be already used :(
    Seller is trying to get new one, but its going slooow. What should I do? Could You help me with any advice?

    When you're logged into the main site with your customer account, click this link: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and select Request about product registration/license transfer. A support rep should get back to you in under three working days.

    Otherwise you can call them.
