[HELP] A specific sound used in a lot of soulful records!

    Hey guys I need your assistance on a specific sound or effect. It can be part of NI or an actual instruments, but its a really wavy rhode sound but i'm sure its something else, can any please identify that type of sound, instrument or effect?
