help! could not access network location native instruments installer log

    I just bought this maschine and waited 3 weeks for delivery and now it wont work?

    when I go to install the Maschine controller i get this message

    "could not access network location native instruments installer log"

    and then

    "the native instruments maschine controller setup has failed "FALSE". please check your settings and try again"


    what am I doing wrong....


    I have been following various websites for help but nothin!

    Please help me..

    Having exactly the same problem and messages with Komplete 8 (parts of it)

    Phoned and emailed NI, awaiting any response since. I'd love an answer on this one too.

    Like yourself, have been scouring the web in hope for a solution to this. Spent a LOT of money for no joy so far.

    I'm having the same problem unintsalling Traktor 2 (in order to reinstall it and set up my new Kontrol S4 - don't ask).

    Did either of you guys ever figure out the solution?
