Help! I need to relocate Komplete 12 applications after installation

I *thought* I was being careful to keep the installation directory for all of the programs in Komplete 12 in the default location and only installing the content on my external drive, but I guess I screwed up by selecting the external drive as my download location and all of the programs got installed on it, instead of on my internal hard drive.

NI doesn't recommend moving applications after installation, so now I have no idea how to proceed. The only program I have opened from the external drive do far is Battery 4, and I promptly closed it afterwards. Can someone give me some guidance as to how to fix this? I'm eager to get started using Komplete, so I'm quite bummed out at the moment.

 

In native access you can normally see the install locations AFAIK.

Thanks. I sorted it out. It seems that if you set the download destination for the installer to an external drive, it can't install the programs in your applications folder. I deleted all of the applications, reassigned the download directory to my internal drive and then installed everything again and everything installed in the proper place and works fine now.

Glad that experience could be helpful to someone else. Native Instruments should really rethink the wording for the installer or put a warning or something.

I also used Native Instruments instructions for porting over my Battery 3 library to Battery 4 and found an error in that as well that cost me a bunch of time. My conclusion is that Native Instruments is good at software but not so good at manual writing.
