I have just purchased Reaktor and have successfully Authorised it Blah blah and it seems to work fine as a stand alone package.

I sequence all my tracks in Cubase V.5 VST but for some reason every time I load cubase and choose Reaktor as a VST i get a message saying " Your system configurations have changed please use the regestration tool to authorize Reaktor" Then automatically it is Un-authorized. I can then not use it as a stand alone package. I then get the message.. you have 29 days to authorise Reaktor!!

Ive had the programme for nearly 2 months now and still no luck. I desperately need this programme up and running for some future projects I have lined up!!

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate your time!!

    Thanks.

You can use REAKTOR in system 9 as standalone and only as VST 2.0 instrument. I don't know whether Cubase V.5 VST allows VST 2.0 instruments?
But I don't understand that REAKTOR is unauthorized as standalone because you have registered - or are you using MAC OS X too?

Im using a PC not Mac.... Everything Authorizes fine then as soon as I load Cubase I get the message "System configurations changed, please go to regestration tool"

This version of Reaktor is unauthorized????

I dont understand why, and I have tried un-installing a number of times.

Have you filled out the support form regarding this issue yet? As I use neither the Reaktor plugin, Windows, or Cubase, I can't be of much help.

Check if Cubase runs in compatibility mode

    Hello Distance,

this problem can occur when you set a compatibility mode for Cubase (right click on the Cubase icon, properties, compatibility mode). Since these modes emulate a running mode for older Windows operating systems this is not recommended at all. Disabling the compatibility mode should fix the Reaktor authorization request.

Hi Marius, will try this tonight.

Do you any thing about cwdxpx1.dll.. Cubase tells me this is missing everytime i load it, could this be effecting the plugins??

    Hello Distance,

this is a DX file for Cakewalk Sonar and using DX plugins in Cubase. If you do not use Sonar I would not install the Reaktor DXi plugin (which you might have done). But as far as I know newer Native Instruments DXi plugins do not make use of this Cakewalk file anymore, so it might be an error message which has nothing to do with Reaktor. In my Reaktor 4 installation folder I do not see this file anymore (it was included in the Reaktor 3 installation).

    Best regards

So this could be a dll file lingering from an old NI plugin, that i may have deleted?

I will try out a few things tonight...I'll make sure to inform you what happens.
