my traktor kontrol from today after 5 years does work no more, the screens it remain at the first black screen saver when i connect, nothing is working, only traktor software with pc,i check everything as written at useless support center and everything is ok for the software and the pc usb connections as told at the support centre,at this point i think uninstall and re install traktor software is the best option, does anybody know if i use my same license number i used 5 years ago for the first installation is ok?

Hey, I'm sorry to hear about your controller :( I don't have any special knowledge but just wanted to ask what controller you're using. I imagine NI would help you out with any controller that is still supported.

Also, you may want to try restoring the controller to factory settings - I think this article shows you how to do it. https://support.native-instruments....er-is-Not-Recognized-by-the-TRAKTOR-Software-

    Good luck!

Got it, I have the S5 as well and I am not sure Native Instruments is supporting it anymore, unfortunately. It's still worth a shot at contacting them.
On the article I linked, I meant to point you specifically to the section titled:
    Restore the Controller's Default Settings
