Help Needed no buttons working and headphone cue in grey

Ill try and do this from the start mixer has been fine, havent used traktor for a while just use the through setting and play my vinyl, i used it like this yesterday and it was fine. Today i wanted a change so powered up the pc opened traktor and the lights came on as it does when you connect then went off. I now have no functional buttons at all, the headphone channel select, the track selection ect nothing, thought must be an issue with traktor so turned it all off and the mixer was still stuck in the dvs mode even when pressing the buttons so powered the mixer down and turned it back on,

i still have no functional buttons now in either mode.

i have tried updating checking drivers, checked mapping and run the wizard millions of times.

Maybe its the pcs trakttor thats thrown it all out??? done a fresh install of traktor on the laptop and exactly the same no buttons working what so ever, its like the mixer has forgot how to work. im ready for smashing it to pieces with a massive hammer.

I have had problems in the past with the volume on the up faders loosing calibration for no reason at all and not been able to find a fix and then it just working again but that was at least a year ago now.

Any help is great appreciated its probably something silly that im missing.

(the light for channel cue select are dim not out)
