HELP Plz!

Issue: I live in spain and had traktor pro 2, traktor s4 set up there. Yesterday I came to Russia on a vacation and brought my traktr s4 in a flight case but with no computer since the one i used in spain isnt a laptop. Now I got a laptop here and installed traktro pro 2 on it and activated it. Then connected my tarkot s4 to the laptop but I couldnt locate it in the audio section in the software.

Question:
What do I do to locate and use my traktor s4 with my new laptop?

Notes: I tried many things but still couldnt get it working

 

Did you install the S4 Driver? Windows or Mac? Did you run the Setup Wizard?

No mather where you are, you have a activation key (serialnmber) and that will work no mather where you are.

I activated it and used it all over the world. Never had a problem? I could use it in Europe, Brazil, Japan etc etc so what do you mean? Please explain im curious and also want to help you!

First of all I forgot my installation disc of traktor s4 in russia!
I did try to install the s4 driver on my windows from the internet, but when i ran the setup wizard i have this problem:

First it asks me if I have any external controller.
I answer yes
Then It makes me choose my controler, but in the tab it doesnt find my traktor s4, it nly makes me choose between: maschine, audio kontrol 1 and kore 2.

Maybe before the setup I have to plug my traktor s4 into power too? not noly into usb?

I know that but the problem is that I cant activate it since traktor s4 doesnt apper nor in traktor 2 nor in service center! I forgot my traktor installation disc in russia! Also when I try to update my service center it always fails.

Also one question: Do you need to active your traktor s4 in order for it to appear in traktor s4?
