    I have sent the form off to NI to remove my serial number from my user account, 6 days ago and still no reply. I am selling my controller and traktor le as a bundle as it was bought. Can anyone possibly forward my ticket please ?

    Hey, I have been doing a similar thing lately. took them 2 weeks to get back to me and then another couple of days with a few emails back and forth to actually get done. They must just be flat out.
