Help! S4 volume faders error

    i did tried recalibrating my s4 on my macbook, yet it didnt work...

    i also did try to restore setting on my s4, yet it didnt work....

    i restarted everything and it didnt work.....what should i do ?

    notice i have the DECK B volume faders all the way up, but the internal volume faders didnt go up, while deck a has it all the way up... HELPPPP

    tool settings

    Go to the tool setting select loading uncheck the last box reset all mixer controls when loading track
