Help Transferring Traktor Licence - Mods Please Help Me

    Hi Everyone, specially to the mods I need your help. I recently sold TS and associated hardware on ebay. I have requested that my licences be transferred. NI however have only taken of my Pro upgrade but not my base licence even though I have requested it. Suffice to say the buyer can't register it and isn't happy.

    I have spoke to Matthias about through loads of e-mails. He keeps saying it has been done when it hasn't.

    Anyone any suggestions!

    Mods can you provide any help?

    I would suggest calling NI Support on the phone.

    Nearly all of the mods here are not NI employees.
