I still do not understand how this hidden bundling stuff works - the pickups, the packing, distribution and unpacking logic. I understand the basic idea behind the serialization in the partials framework, but the signalling conventions are a bit confusing.

I know there must be something magical when a connector is labelled '{C0}' as opposed to something else, but I don't know where those conventions are described. Since so many ports are unnamed and undocumented in the core stuff, looking at the source is not a lot of help.

Well, understanding comes eventually... with persistence.
