Please forgive any errors in etiquette; I'm new here.

I recently purchased Shreddage Bass and Shreddage 2, not realizing that they need the full version of Kontakt, not just the Kontakt player. (Yeah, it's my fault assuming that purchasing a product would mean that I'd be able to use that product. Should've read the fine print.) I purchased them directly from Impact Soundworks, not through the NI website.

Okay, hurts a bit, but Kontakt was on the list of "stuff to buy someday" so why not today, right?

As I was browsing the page to buy Kontakt, I see the crossgrade option (get the full version if you've already purchased non-NI instruments requiring Kontact.) Hey, I just did that! Maybe I can save some cash! I click the "Click here to see if you qualify" link, and then I see a page where I'm offered Kontakt at a reduced price of $249. Cool!

I proceed to check out and pay NI US$249 for Kontakt.

Native Access sees that I've bought Kontakt and installs it. BUT... it's marked as "Demo."

Upon visiting the Kontakt purchase page again, it seems that I now own no products that qualify for crossgrade. What?

According to this page at NI, Shreddage 2 is indeed a valid external library: https://www.native-instruments.com/...Player&cHash=b60a43f7b04cf8f1092936d03e0f7363

How do I let NI (Or Native Access, or the webpage) know that I did really purchase Shreddage 2? All "Contact Us" links seem to lead to FAQ pages. Clicking "Contact Support" just takes me to the main page advertising Mod Pack, etc.

Does anyone in the community have any experience with this? Thanks for your time!

Have you registered Shreddage 2 serial into NI account? You should be able to see it when login to NI (not Impact Soundworks) account.
If not, register Shreddage 2 serial in Native Access app using "Add serial" in the top left corner menu.

Thank you! I did receive the "you do not own the required product" message when entering my Kontakt serial number. I didn't receive a serial number in the confirmation email from Impact Soundworks, so I'm now following up with them. It's my hope that registering Shreddage first will allow Native Access to see it as a valid instrument to enable my crossgrade.

Thanks for your help - I've now narrowed the issue to my Impact Soundworks purchase, and getting that serial should enable Kontact. Many thanks for your kind attention!

You may already have required by NI code in your Impact Soundworks account in "My Products" section next to your Shreddage 2 entry.
It should be named like "Code#1: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx".
Unfortunately they do not provide much explanation, but this is the one which should be registered at NI by Native Access.
