    Hi
I have just setup guitar rig 3 kontrol and wish to record to a 3rd party recording software. I have disable my soundcard on my pc and am using the footpedal.

What recording software is compatable with GR3 and do I have to I use my pc sound card. I am pretty new at this recording stuff. Reall all I want to do is record backing tracks and me playing some riffs using GR3 sound effects.

    Hope this makes sense:confused:

Basically every host software is compatible with Guitar Rig 3.
You don't have to disable your sound card, you'll just not ask GR 3 to use it. I'm assuming that you're on Windows? Look at Reaper, Cubase and Sonar as good hosts.
