    Hello,

Im using pro tools 6.1.1 on mac os x 10.2.6. when i open reaktor session with in pro tools, i can do anything that is automated (syquenced synths) but the synths i can not get to work. my midi is configured within pro tools, and it works within standalone reaktor session. but the plug in wont seem to reconize it. is there an option im missing?

I've got the regular synths and effects to work, haven't tried the sequenced ones yet.

I'll try the sequenced ones when I get home from work.

Be forewarned you'll have very heavy CPU hit when using Session within PT. Check my post below about RTAS being beta.

Is the CPU usage within pro tools something that will be lowered in later versions?

I'm just worried that Reaktor will be unusable within Pro Tools because of the excessive cpu use. I hope this isn't the case as its the main reason I bought Reaktor.

    Regards

I guess I read your post wrong about what you could get to work or what you couldn't.

The trick to get your RS synths to work within Pro Tools. Create a midi track, then create an Aux track. Select the Reaktor Sessions plug-in on the Aux track, then select on the Midi track input pop-up in the Mix Window and select Reaktor Sessions> and then the midi channel your midi keyboard is on. Then hit record on the Midi track and you should now hear the Reaktor Session plug-in.

Now can someone tell me how to set automation on the sequenced synths, all I can control are ID#'s, what number controls what synth control?
