Help with serial key

    Hi,

    I'm writing for a friend who recently acquired a Behringer USB guitar with the CD for the Native Instruments Combos 1,2 & 3.

    He's tried to get a serial number using the coupon on the jacket of the CD, but as yet he has received nothing by email. I've tried to go through the process with him (he's french, so the site and emails don't always make sense), but I just get told that the coupon has been used. But when I log in with his username and password, there are no serial numbers nor coupons registered.

    He has passed the 30 day trial, so is unable to use his NI combo at present.

    Can anyone help ?
