    Hi

    Need help.. I cant get into my old email which has my serial activation due to yahoo not letting me in. My old email which has my activations is out of commision and I can't get into my activations!

    Native can you please change and/or open my native account.


    PLEASE I NEDD IMMEDIATLEY FOR RECORDING STUDIO

    Brad... word of the wise: NEVER share private information like this on a public forum. What is stopping me right now from using this info and trying to claim that your account is actually mine? Don't worry: not going there and I am going to do everything within my power to reduce the possible damage here (I am not affiliated with N.I. in any way but I do know some ways of contacting them) but you need to be careful!

    Also... yes, Mr. Cynical here... you telling us that there is an issue does not make it so. There is no proof (do NOT comment on that in this thread! I am just trying to explain the problem here).

    Do you want to check your serials to activate products in Native Access? You don't need to use your email for that.... Your available serials should be here::https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

    And you can update your email yourself AFAIK, here:
    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/account-settings/

    Other than that you would need to get in touch with the account support team, here:
    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000053657-Account-Order-Help
    You might need to go thru the help wizard thing first to get to a Support ticket. Get your proof of purchase ready because most likely it will be asked of you, things like invoices and such... If that's only on the email you cant access then IDK what support does. Good luck.

    PS. For future reference do not name thread vaguely and in all caps like "HELP ME PLOX", that's really bad forum etiquette.
